Another hot day, another trip to the Soak Zone & Wave pool.
Annabelle ran into another little girl from school who told her "Let's be mermaids!" and that was all it took for her to put her face under the water, something we have been working on all summer.
We swam and splashed and jumped in the waves, a great way to beat the incredible heat we have experienced this summer. In fact, we had to pull them away from the pirate ship with the kiddie slides because their teeth were chattering, even though they insisted they were not cold.
