First up in our city visit was a trip to see the Gingerbread houses and International Santa display. The kids had fun picking out their favorites. Nate’s (of course) was the one designed like the Batcave. Annabelle liked the colorful ones with gumdrops and candy canes. |
Annabelle’s favorite was La Bafana from Italy. |
Nate choose the one from Ukraine “because I wike his mustache”. |
We watched the skaters outside for a bit. |
We had some fun with Nana. |
After a lunch at THE WORST MCDONALDS EVER, we headed over the Science Center to see the trains. Even though Nate has long gotten past his obsession with Thomas the Train he still got pretty excited when he came around the bend. |
Our favorite set up in the train display. : ) |
Nate loved the giant Lego station. |
The water table = fun. |
Nate loved the toilet in the space shuttle exhibit. |
Despite the cold Annabelle had to find her way through the entire maze. It was a great, albeit long, day. |
We always need more cowbell. |
