Thank you Renee for Annabelle’s new hat. It is getting harder & harder to convince her at bath time the hats must come off. She says “Hat, OK?” as we are getting her undressed. In fact, she is saying “OK?” after everything she wants these days. “Milk, OK?”, “Dada, OK?” “O’s, OK?” It is so funny.
Oh yes, our other milestone this week was eating cheese. I know, that does not sound like a big deal to most but up until now Annabelle would not even taste it, just pick it up off her tray and throw on the floor. Saturday I was making her a grilled cheese for lunch (she will eat that since the bread is crunchy) and I was singing “Cheese please”, I put some on her tray and she ate it and said “Yum”. This was big, could we be on our way to giving up baby food? Table food, OK?
