My calendar

An “insert your own photo” calendar hangs above my desk at work, a Christmas gift from Cousin Janine. Each month the season appropriate border with the 4 X 6 blank center calls on me to capture a new picture of the kids so I may gaze lovingly at those beautiful faces while I toil the day away.

While this month’s photo shoot started out with a head butt I think it came together in the end. I learned the trick of take a million photos and sort them out later; there will be a gem among the ruins.

Here are my entries so far. I know someday I will look back on my 2009 calendar with nostalgia. I already am.
